What's the best investment? Invest in yourself !

1. Haircuts

Let's face it. You wear your hair every single day, so why not invest in it? The right cut for your facial shape can change your overall look—and for the better. And don't forget to get trims often to avoid your hair from splitting. Experts advise ,if your hair is in pretty good condition and you don’t color it or use excessive heat styling tools, you can go 4-8 weeks in between cuts.” If you use chemicals in your hair, strive to visit your stylist once every 4-6 weeks.

2. Highlights
I am a  firm believer that the words, "highlight" and "at-home" should never go together. Professionals know exactly where to place the highlights and they have all the tools needed to mix the perfect shade for your hair. Together, this drastically lessens the chance of a hair catastrophe that can often happen with at-home highlights. Professional colorists will strategically paint on the highlights, making it look like the sun has naturally kissed your hair.
3. Facials
When your skin looks great, everything else seems to fall into place. By booking a facial, you're not only getting a one time treatment, but you're technically hiring a skincare consultant who can answer any questions you may have on how to treat your skin. No, they don't come cheap (don’t go to the cheap ones that hard sell you everything) , but getting a good facial every few months will remove congestion from deep within your skin, improve circulation, and help balance your skin type.
4. Eating Well
Sure, fresh fruits and veggies might not be the easiest on your wallet, but it's the most sure fire way to being healthy from the inside out. When you eat well, it reflects in your skin, hair, nails, and not to mention, your energy levels. Strive to keep the white stuff (that's white bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, and sweets) out of your diet as much as possible. These carbs spike our sugar levels, setting off a series of reactions that leads to breakouts. Some foods that are great for your overall beauty are tomatoes, almonds, fish, chia seeds, kale, watermelon, sweet potatoes, citrus, peppers, spinach, olive oil, honey, sunflower and sesame seeds, carrots, blueberries, dark chocolate, whole grains, strawberries, and apples. Add these to your diet instead of those super convenient hawker food or fast foods trust me, you'll look and feel more radiant.
