Very GOOD NEWS!!!! I lost 6.5 kg on Panbesy !!!!!

Busy whole week no time to blog.
I've got VERY GOOD news.... no I'm not totally fair yet, but I've lost a total of 6.5  kg!

That's major for me. I think I'm looking quite pretty haha..... self praise!!!!!
Anyway I'm just so happy. This Panbesy is GREAT!!!!

I lost 6.5kg on Panbesy...yay...

As for my whitening jab, had my second jab few days back, it's ok..... truth is I dont care if it works or not at this moment....hahhahaa.... I'm just so damn happy about my weight lost!

Oh actually June came with me this time, she chicken out & did not try the jab. She wanted to see what happened to me first , can you believe that???? .... ever the cautious girl!

    Finally got the courage to go to the clinic...lol... thank GOD, Dr is nice & friendly.

      Hi all... todate I've lost about 7 kg. I did it by alternating the days. That is to lessen side effects. So I hardly feel any of the alleged side effects.

      I've stopped the meds now. Have to change part of my wardrobe...lol... For once I could wear something tight without feeling self conscious :)

      Update: Guess what, after a very slow first 2 days, my weight went down quite a bit after!!!! I lost 3 kg so far....yay.....
      So ladies if it's slow at the beginning don't fret...lol.... it'll work later !

      I paid about $90 ++ plus in Yishun last month. I think it's higher if you go see dr at Orchard due to the higher consultation fee. But it's more convenient at Orchard:)
      Guess what guys, I lost close to 5kg already !!!!!

    During 1 month period, which week do u feel that the weight loss isthe fastest? 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th?

      First week for me. Probably that's when there's most to lose , also the water retention is at it's highest.

      For me too the 1st week I lost the most- maybe I was the heaviest then !
      Then the lost slows down, by end of month, I was close to my desired weight, so I stopped. Went to eat ice cream immediately & felt guilty as hell ....lol.....
      Now trying hard to eat healthier :))

    Hi I still have some remaining meds from last year. My friend wanted it. You think it's still effective? It was for me last yr. After only 2 weeks I lost a lot of weight...haha...

      Check for the expiry date- most meds can last for a few years.

    I'm considering Vanquish treatment they recommend. Took panbesy for 2 months lost close to 6 kg. Now I want to do some spot reduction for my tummy. Anyone did that, & results, good?
