I look like a balloon

Yes a balloon... I'm serious. Friends are nice, they dont say much but sometimes they give hints like ...hey lets  hit the gym/join the club.... or lets detox... lets have vegetarian.. oh...boy....

Today June aka BFF cant stand it anymore! Here she goes: "Colette you have a nice face just get the weight off & the guys will be attracted like bees to flowers."

Seriously really???? I'm shy. kinda, I hide behind many things, food for one. I love durian. I'll eat them for breakfast if I can hahha......

Ok here's June's plan of action for me: since I've gone on numerous unsuccessful diets, it's time for some drastic action. She's bringing me to the doctor to get some slimming pills. A doctor will look after me! Got IT!

Why do people put on weight?

One of the main culprits is late night food snacking, cravings!

For most people this is usually a result of pure habit, boredom & cravings. Try drinking 2 or more cups of water or any non-fattening beverage. Hot liquids have a soothing effect on our emotions & appetite!

4. Kidney beans- this health boosting beans are  agreat source of cholesterol- lowering fibre aaand are high in protein & vitamin c. Tey also help detoxify the body & help with weight loss efforts!
