Why do people put on weight?

One of the main culprits is late night food snacking, cravings!

For most people this is usually a result of pure habit, boredom & cravings. Try drinking 2 or more cups of water or any non-fattening beverage. Hot liquids have a soothing effect on our emotions & appetite!
